In Chinese legend, celestial maidens wear robes made of feathers, light enough to drift between earth and sky. We thought of them when we saw this slide. The Pearl Plume Indoor Slipper is a pair of feather slippers for women, finished with a sheer flower, a pearl-style centre and a cloud of fine plumes, made for the quiet moments when you want something a little enchanted underfoot.
The Feathers
At the centre of the strap sits a sheer fabric flower, a pearl-style bead at its heart, wrapped in fine ostrich-inspired feathers that move with every step. The feathers draw the shape of a breeze, delicate and full of life. It is a small piece of fairy-tale styling, and it is entirely the point of the slipper.
The Upper
The wide single band is cut from soft, breathable microfibre leather with a smooth, quiet finish. We chose it because it lets the flower take centre stage while keeping the slipper light and easy to wear, with an open, softly squared toe.
The Heel
The heel is gently raised with a latex lift, so each step feels cushioned and comfortable. It is a quiet detail that makes the slipper kinder to wear for longer.
The Sole
The TPR tendon sole is flexible and quiet, with a non-slip tread that grips a range of indoor floors.

Every colourway is offered in 36/37, 38/39 and 40/41.

Care Instructions
Wipe the microfibre leather clean with a soft damp cloth. Keep the feathers away from water, and fluff them gently with your fingers if they flatten. Let the slippers air dry away from direct sunlight and heat. Not recommended for machine washing.

Some slippers are for staying in. This one is for the morning when you cross the floor with a little more lightness than usual. Slip them on, and let the day begin softly.
