Shipping Costs & Tracking

At Tang Heritage, every piece begins its journey from our artisan warehouse in Guangdong, China, where craftsmanship meets careful handling.

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders above USD$100.
There are no shipping charges and no sales tax applied at checkout, allowing you to experience our collections with complete transparency.

Each shipment is fully trackable. Once dispatched, a tracking reference will be provided via email so you may follow your piece as it makes its way to you.

Import Customs Duties Notice

For customers based in the United States, import duties, sales taxes, and tariffs are generally covered and prepaid by us, so you will not be required to make any additional payment upon delivery under normal circumstances.

For all other destinations, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are determined by local authorities and remain outside our control.

Processing & Preparation

Every Tang Heritage piece is prepared only after your order is placed.

Before it leaves our atelier, it undergoes a strict quality inspection and careful packaging process, typically taking 2 to 3 business days. This is an essential part of our practice as our commitment to providing the best quality products.

As an artisan-led house, we believe that what reaches you must be worthy of being kept.
Each detail is reviewed, each finish considered, and each piece is carefully secured to ensure it arrives as it was intended: pristine, complete, and ready to be experienced.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination:

United States: 8 – 15 working days
Canada: 10 – 20 working days
Australia: 8 – 18 working days
Germany & Switzerland: 10 – 18 working days
Rest of Europe: 12 – 30 working days
Other countries: 12 – 30 working days
Island regions: 20 – 35 working days

These timeframes reflect standard conditions and may vary slightly depending on local courier operations.

During peak periods such as holidays or special releases, processing and delivery may take slightly longer. Even so, every effort is made to ensure your piece reaches you within the expected window.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Many of our sold out designs have begun appearing on the secondary market. While we’re honored by the growing interest, we also understand your concerns. Fortunately, every genuine Tang Heritage bag comes with two key markers of authenticity:

✓ A metal authenticity card included with every original purchase

✓ An engraved serial number unique to each bag, logged in our internal records
