Fire Goat 2027 Fortune Goat Projection Fridge Magnet

The goat has long been understood as a creature of good fortune. In the oldest Chinese writing, the word for auspicious was often written as "lucky goat" (吉羊), and people even shaped their oil lamps like goats to carry the wish that all things go smoothly.

This fridge magnet takes its form from a Han dynasty goat-shaped lamp, an object some two thousand years old. Here the lamp is reborn as a small gilded goat. Slide the switch on its base and a soft glow projects a gourd (葫芦) onto the wall, bringing fortune and blessing into the room.

Key Features

• Han Dynasty Goat Lamp Design - The recumbent goat, with its curled horns and decorated saddle, is drawn from a Han dynasty goat-shaped lamp, linking a modern kitchen to an ancient lamp.
• Gourd Light Projection - Switch on the base and the magnet casts a soft golden gourd onto the wall. The gourd (葫芦) stands for good fortune, prosperity and blessings held close.
• 吉羊送福 Goat Bringing Fortune - The name is a wish: that the lucky goat brings blessings to your door at the start of the new year.
• Gilded-Look Finish with Inlaid Stones - The goat is finished in a warm imitation gilded look, with relief carving along the saddle and small red and turquoise-toned stone details.
• Hand-Painted Resin - Each piece is coloured by hand, so every goat carries slight individual variation.
• Magnet Back - It sticks to a refrigerator or any magnetic surface, and its compact size also suits a desk or shelf.
• The Fire Goat Year - 2027 is the Year of the Fire Goat, a pairing that occurs only once every sixty years. A goat placed in the home in a Goat year is a small way of welcoming the year's energy.

Care and Please Note

• Each resin piece is hand-painted. Slight colour variation, uneven colouring or tiny air bubbles are part of the handmade finish and are not defects.
• The back is a magnet. Please do not drag the magnet across the refrigerator surface, as it may scratch the door.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
