The Song poet Lu You admired a camellia that flowered from the snows of winter into late spring (雪里开花到春晚), and the flower has long stood for steadfastness and quiet endurance. This shawl gathers large camellia blooms across its length, knitted in soft, hazy tones that seem to drift like flowers seen through a frosted window.
